Cancelation policy
 

Cancelling the registration at the conference:

 

Cancelling registration is a separated process from cancelling a presentation. Written notification of registration cancellation must be emailed to the Secretariat at (info@congresosociedadibericaecologia2019.net). The registrant must submit registration cancellation notice before December 15th, in order to be eligible for a refund of the registration-fee paid, less a €25 processing fee. All refunds will be provided by bank transfer. No refunds will be issued if cancellation notice is given after December 15th except in extenuating circumstances (medical issues, family emergency). There will be no refunds granted for registrants who do not meet the conditions outlined above.

 

There are no refunds possible after December 15th, however a substitution from other person within the same category is possible at any time prior to the conference at no charge.

 

Delegates who do not attend receptions, or coffee breaks included in the registration fee, will not receive a refund equivalent to the cost of the refreshment.

 
 

Cancelling the congress dinner:

 

Written notification of dinner-reservation cancellation must be emailed to the Secretariat (info@congresosociedadibericaecologia2019.net). The registrant must submit notice of cancellation before December 1st in order to be eligible for a refund of the diner-fee paid, less a €1,50 processing costs. All refunds will be provided by bank transfer.
